No accounts, no checkout, no analytics. Access logs and an inbox are the entirety of what exists here.
What this site is made of
gumipicofficial.com is a set of static files on a web server. There is no database behind it, no account to create, no login and no form that posts anywhere. That settles most of this policy on its own: a site with nowhere to put your details does not gather many.
What is recorded
Server access logs, written by the server rather than by anything running on the page. A log line holds the requesting address, the page requested, a timestamp and the browser string the browser volunteers. Those lines describe requests rather than people, and nothing here assembles them into a portrait of a visitor.
And email: whatever you send lands in an inbox and stays while it is being dealt with.
What is deliberately missing
No advertising or tracking cookie is set from this domain, no analytics script runs on any page, and no counting pixel or tag container is embedded. Payment details never come near this site because nothing is sold here: the basket and the card form live on the seller's domain, under the seller's policies.
The one call to a third party
Typefaces load from Google Fonts, so opening a page makes your browser request two font files from that service, and the service sees the request. It is the only outside call any page makes.
Email, and how long it is kept
Messages to contact@gumipicofficial.com are read, answered, and kept only while there is a reason - usually a correction that needs a record of its origin. No list is assembled from them, and nothing is sold, rented or passed on.
Asking about what is held
Write to that address and say which you want: a copy, a correction, or deletion. Requests of that kind are answered in the same one to two business days as anything else.
Who this is for
Readers of eighteen and over. No part of the site speaks to a child, and nothing is knowingly collected from one.
