What these terms cover

Reading gumipicofficial.com. Opening a page accepts them, and the remedy if they do not suit is to close the tab.

The purpose of the domain

To set out what Gumipic is and to send readers to the shop that carries it. Nothing is warehoused here, no basket is built, no card is taken and no parcel leaves, which means no page on this site amounts to an offer to sell.

Buying from the shop

A purchase is a contract between you and the seller, formed on the seller's own site and governed by their terms, shipping policy and refund policy. This site sits outside that contract and can neither change an order nor enforce one.

How accurate this aims to be

Figures are transcribed from the Gumipic label and from the seller's published pack terms, and checked on the review date at the foot of each page. Nothing is promised beyond that. Labels get reprinted and prices get revised; where this site and the jar in your hand disagree, the jar is right.

Leaving this site

An outbound link is a pointer and nothing more. Whoever runs the site at the other end decides what appears there and answers for it.

Who owns what

The prose, the stylesheet and the drawings made for this build belong to this site. The Gumipic wordmark, the label artwork and the photography of the jar belong to the brand owner, and appear so that readers can see which product is described.

Reuse

Quoting with attribution is welcome and so is linking. Lifting a page entire and putting somebody else's name on it is not, and neither is tampering with how the site is delivered.

Uptime

Static pages come with no service level. Hosting fails, certificates lapse and registrars have bad days; no guarantee is offered that any page is reachable at any given moment.

American readers and American practice: the wording here tracks how US supplement labels and US disclosure rules work. Elsewhere the line a supplement may take sits somewhere else entirely.
